Three Step Approach To Gathering Customers

Customer Gathering is essential to your business. The Core Fundamental principle behind this technique is the fact that people are more  likely to support you for free versus buying something for you. Psychologically people don’t like being sold to. Don’t forget it!

Step 1: Ask your Prospective Customer for their SUPPORT and get them to say “Yes” to supporting you!

Mary I really need your support.
It’s not going to cost you anything, it’s not going to change
anything you’re doing now, and in fact, it’s going to save you
some money. If that were the case Mary, could I count on your
support?

(if she says what is it?)

Well Mary it’s not going to cost you anything,
it won’t inconvenience you and you’ll save money with nothing
changing. If that were true based on all the support I’ve given you in
the past, Mary can I count on your support?

Step 2: Tell them why you need their support. (Share your “Why”)

Step 3: Tell them what you need!

Do you recall receiving a letter from (Local incumbent utility company is in your area)
informing you that you have the right to choose your energy supplier?

Mary were you aware that (Local incumbent utility company is in your area)
buys energy from multiple sources and resells it to you ?
Well that’s what they do, which is great because you can actually tell
(Local incumbent utility company is in your area)
to buy it from a less expensive source and pass those savings on to you.
What I get paid to do is educate people that they can choose to save money
by simply telling (Local incumbent utility company is in your area)
to buy it for less and pass those savings onto you. So basically I am asking you to
become a customer of mine. Like I said it’s not going to cost you a dime, and
everything on your bill is going to stay the same.
Can I count on you to become my customer and support my business?

(if they say ‘Yes”)

Great! Grab your bill and we’ll get you enrolled right away.
